This page is a placeholder. The real terms have not been written yet, and they should be reviewed by a lawyer before Pick Ya Thrift opens to users.
What the finished terms have to cover
- Subscription, billing, and cancellation.
- Acceptable use, and grounds for suspending an account.
- Ownership of photographs and content users upload.
- Pick Ya Thrift: a listing and connection board only. Pick Ya Fit does not process payments, hold funds, arrange shipping, or take part in any transaction between users.
- Users arrange their own transactions and bear their own risk.
- Pick Ya Thrift buying, selling, and messaging require users to be 18 or older. Browsing and sharing listings are open to everyone.
- Messaging conduct, reporting, and blocking.
- Styling suggestions are suggestions, not advice.
- Limitation of liability, governing law, and how the terms may change.
